Aritsugu aoshiko(blue iron) sakimaru takobiki made in Japan. The blade is not stainless steel and must be cared for properly to prevent staining. The handle is red sandalwood with a water buffalo horn bolster. A wooden knife cover is included. Note: color of bolster may vary.
