Tojiro DP Series gyuto made in Japan. The blade core is VG10/Cobalt alloy steel with an outer layer of 13 chrome stainless steel. The bolster and tang are 18-8 stainless steel. The handle is reinforced laminate material. This is a great all purpose knife suitable for home or professional use. Comes boxed.
