All purchases are shipped either same day or next business day via USPS or FedEx. You have a choice of standard or expedited services. If you have a business address please add the name of your business. For international sales please choose from one of the international shipping options. International buyers are responsible for any custom or duty fees.
We very carefully pack the items we ship. However, if you should receive an item that is damaged in transit you must contact us within 48 hours. We will then contact the shipping service and they may have to inspect the package and item so please keep all packaging as it is when received. We would appreciate pictures of any damage so we can forward them to the shipping service. We will replace any broken items if we have more in stock and, if not, give a refund for the damaged item.
If you wish to make a return or exchange you must let us know within 7 days. Items must be returned in the condition received with all packaging within 14 days after our approval for the return. Returns must be carefully packed and insured for the price of the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Only unused knives and items are accepted for return or exchange. The sale of sushi refrigerators, sake warmers, super freezers, rice cookers and warmers as well as any other electrical product is final. Any import orders or special orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Large items as sushi refrigerators are shipped via truck and the customer will be responsible for the trucking fees. For business purchases in the New York City area we offer free delivery.
